Ashley Dugger

Dr. Ashley W. Dugger began her career in higher education leadership and has since focused on strategic human resource management and operational excellence. Ashley holds an earned Doctor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Management, MBA in International Business, BS in Business with a focus in Marketing, and the SHRM-CP certification. Ashley is also an Association for Talent Development certified Instructional Designer and holds the SHRM People Manager Qualification credential. She currently serves in the role of Senior HR Strategy and Business Partner for Bucknell University. Her areas of expertise include strategic human resource management, organizational culture, change management, leadership, adult education, learning and development, and full life-cycle HR planning. Ashley has presented for organizations such as SHRM, CUPA-HR, Online Learning Consortium, ACBSP, CAEL, and HR Professionals Magazine. Her work has been published or featured with HR Professionals Magazine, SHRM, Talent Management, Chief Learning Officer, and Higher Ed HR Magazine.
