Brad Palmisano

Brad Palmisano is the director of learning & development at Castlight Health, a leading health navigation platform provider. Palmisano has extensive experience designing and implementing strategic learning & development initiatives that build leadership capabilities and drive business performance. In his role as the head of L&D at Castlight, Palmisano is responsible for supporting foundational, management and leadership capabilities through targeted professional development, performance development and career development programs. Prior to joining Castlight, Palmisano was a L&D leader at Apple Inc. and Starbucks Coffee Co. He has more than 20 years of experience designing, developing and delivering learning & development programs in retail and high-tech environments. He is highly skilled in new employee training, sales/product training, learning program management, learning technology implementation and management & leadership development. Palmisano lives in Austin, Texas, and holds a bachelor’s in communication studies from Texas State University. He is a people champion and is passionate about helping others develop to their highest potential.
