Carol Sinko leads Publicis Groupe’s learning platform, Marcel Classes. Carol’s team of learning and development experts drives strategic direction of learning initiatives, including the launch of Publicis Groupe’s first global learning management system and integration of the LMS with a custom AI employee development platform. Carol has more than 20 years of experience in learning and development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Northwestern University. She has been a guest speaker on the L&D + and Wildly Capable podcasts and a panel moderator for Corporate Learning Network’s CLO Exchange.
