Elizabeth Loutfi-Hipchen

Liz Loutfi-Hipchen is the managing editor for Chief Learning Officer, where she oversees the production of editorial content.

A graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, Loutfi-Hipchen enjoys telling stories and has won several awards over the years for her work, including a video story in 2019 on training to spot the signs of human trafficking in the transportation, health care and hospitality industries. She is an experienced editor and a mentor to writers of all ages. She previously wrote for multiple newspapers in Missouri, where she covered university student life, crime, health and public safety. She currently resides in Chicago.
