Jason R. Weber

Jason Weber is the associate vice chancellor - leader and culture development for the Texas Tech University System. In this role, he is responsible for the development of values-based leadership programming at each of the Texas Tech University System Institutions. Jason also serves the organization as an internal executive and professional coach. Jason is an award-winning author and has published several articles about accountability in teams, team effectiveness and bringing servant leadership into organizations.
