Julie Lavergne

Julie is an "intrapreneur" and "generalist" who has built divisions, processes and teams in an array of business functions: operations, finance, quality, systems, risk and talent. Her passion for critical thinking has underpinned her career. She teaches, coaches and facilitates groups through complex decision-making and problem-solving, helping cut through the clutter of business complexity and address the most serious challenges confronting the organization. As the former vice president of organization development at Canadian Bank Note Company, she focused on building rational thinking skills not only as an essential skill for the future but as a competitive advantage for the organization.
