Maria McMahon

Bringing a consultative approach to working with clients, Maria ensures she is driving success by helping clients to align to the business in a way they never have before, by leveraging her background and the success of EmpowerTheUser's solution. Her experience over the last decade has been a mix of both eLearning and Learning Measurement. She has worked with CLO's and Heads of Talent to identify and uncover new ways to get them a seat at the table by understanding the message from the CEO and how L&D needs to be aligned to that message. Maria brings enthusiasm and intel to what she does. Often times it's heard from her clients "I never thought of it like that before" and that gets her excited. Teaching a new way and helping to elevate the conversations. Maria has written articles that are specific to what she is hearing from her L&D world and is always looking to instil to her clients why it is so important to "think differently".
