Michael Chetta, PhD, is one of the founders and managing partner of Talent Metrics Consulting, a human capital management firm that utilizes data analytics and the science of work to maximize positive employee experiences, develop and retain organizational talent and drive sustainable growth and innovation for businesses. Mike is also an adjunct faculty member in two graduate Industrial-Organizational Psychology Programs.
