Rajiv Chandran

As Accenture’s Chief Learning Officer, Rajiv Chandran is responsible for the company’s learning and leadership development strategy and programs for over 700,000 employees globally. Rajiv joined Accenture in 2015 from McKinsey & Co. where he was part of the team that set up the McKinsey Leadership Institute and worked with clients at the intersection of business strategy and leadership. In addition, Rajiv has been part of inventor teams at Accenture that have been granted three patents for innovations in driving team performance. 

Rajiv has an MBA in Human Resources and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is also a certified Integral Coach from New Ventures West in California, a school of coaching that brings together disciplines like philosophy, somatics, neuroscience, ontology and integrates Eastern and Western wisdom traditions. Rajiv lives in Virginia with his wife, who runs a home baking business, and their eight-year-old daughter.
