Sheila Stern is the vice president of human resources and learning and talent development at Zotec Partners. With almost twenty years of operational and human performance improvement experience, Stern is passionate about developing people. She holds a doctor of education – performance improvement leadership degree as well as an industrial/organizational psychology master’s degree.
