Todd Cohen is Lockheed Martin’s senior manager of strategic workforce initiatives. He leads a team that identifies critical skill needs throughout the enterprise, brokers post-secondary and other partnerships, and supports the building of structured work-based learning programs. Lockheed Martin’s workforce development programs have recently been recognized by the White House and spotlighted in LinkedIn’s Top Companies 2021.
