Trish Vassar

In her role as Chief Learning Officer, Trish is responsible for all enterprise-wide learning. She leads a team of designers, developers, program managers, facilitators and project managers to build the long-term organizational talent capabilities needed to drive the business strategies of the organization. Trish takes pride in working collaboratively with all key customers and stakeholders to provide research-proven methods of learning and innovative approaches to create a workforce ready to meet current and future needs of the organization.

Prior to her role as CLO, Trish served as vice president, Organizational Effectiveness at Express Scripts, with responsibility for advancing the organizational talent agenda through enterprise-wide Leadership Development, Organizational Development, and Change Management. 

Before joining Express Scripts, Trish held leadership positions in Leadership Development, Talent Management, and Organizational Development with Monsanto and AOL. Trish holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from The University of Memphis. 

Trish has been married to Bryan Gingrich for 22 years and together they have two children, Ben (13) and Lily (10).
