Each year, Chief Learning Officer recognizes the learning and development industry’s top organizations with the LearningElite Awards program. In its 11th year, 59 organizations are being recognized as finalists.

This program was designed with assistance from a group of CLOs and senior L&D practitioners in 2011. Each year, our LearningElite judges review and rate applications based on five dimensions critical to learning organizations: learning strategy, leadership commitment, learning execution, learning impact and business performance results.

The final ranking will be announced on April 28, 2021, at our annual LearningElite Gala, which will be held virtually.
