Learning and development leaders and facilitators faced a major challenge this past year in sustaining L&D efforts amid remote work, immediate and disruptive business pressures and a public health crisis. As organizations head into 2021, L&D is more important than ever, says Asfa Malik, who is the vice president of learning and development at Addison Group. Fortunately, Malik says, virtual learning is only going to get better from here.
